1. Payment Schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon fee is due at the time of booking to secure the date(s) of the shoot.
  • The remaining balance of 50% is due on or before the day of the shoot.

2. Payment Methods:

  • We accept payment via cash, check, bank transfer, or online payment platforms such as GCash and Maya. Details for payment will be provided upon request.

3. Late Payment:

  • Any payment not received by the due date will be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per week until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Delivery of Services:

  • The final edited photographs will be delivered to the client within 2 weeks of the shoot date unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

6. Usage Rights:

  • The client understands and agrees that the photographer retains copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise negotiated.
  • The client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes.

7. Additional Expenses:

  • Any additional expenses incurred during the photography session (e.g., travel expenses, location fees) will be discussed and agreed upon in advance and may be billed separately.

8. Amendments:

  • Any changes to these payment terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

9. Acceptance:

  • By booking a photography shoot with Gerard Cayco, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms.
