A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon fee is due at the time of booking to secure the date(s) of the shoot.
The remaining balance of 50% is due on or before the day of the shoot.
2. Payment Methods:
We accept payment via cash, check, bank transfer, or online payment platforms such as GCash and Maya. Details for payment will be provided upon request.
3. Late Payment:
Any payment not received by the due date will be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per week until payment is received in full.
4. Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
5. Delivery of Services:
The final edited photographs will be delivered to the client within 2 weeks of the shoot date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Usage Rights:
The client understands and agrees that the photographer retains copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise negotiated.
The client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes.
7. Additional Expenses:
Any additional expenses incurred during the photography session (e.g., travel expenses, location fees) will be discussed and agreed upon in advance and may be billed separately.
8. Amendments:
Any changes to these payment terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
9. Acceptance:
By booking a photography shoot with Gerard Cayco, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms.
